Must be 25 years old or older to reserve the suite.
If you are renting on the weekend you may utilize the entire parking area in the front and the back of the building. Also, you may overflow into the grassy lot to the East of the building.
If you are renting during the week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. You will need to utilize 2 spaces against the building in front of Suite C, any and all spaces (19) facing Hwy 80, overflow in the lot to the East of the Building, and 2 spaces behind Suite C.
You are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs and placing them back into storage after your event concludes.
As you are leaving, please set the thermostat to 75 for Air Conditioning and 65 for Heat.
All floors must be swept before leaving.
All trash (main area, kitchen, bathroom) needs to be removed and place in bags. There are trashcans in the back of the building which are marked Social Suite for you to place the bagged trash in.
All surfaces that were used should be free of debris and wiped off. Paper towels, cleaners, dishwashing soap, sanitary wipes, are provided for you in the lower cabinet in the kitchen.
Both doors should be locked before you leave the property.
If you choose to provide alcohol at your event you must abide by all TABC laws and guidelines. If alcohol is present at your event security must be hired from our approved vendor list.
